Questions owners ask

Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Google is fine with businesses asking customers for reviews. It prohibits incentives and asking only happy customers (review gating). RaveRobin asks everyone the same way, offers no rewards, and shows the same Post on Google button to every rating.
Does it work with my software?
If your booking or job software sends a confirmation email, yes: forward those emails to your RaveRobin address. You can also use our API, or add customers by hand or with a CSV. We never log into your inbox.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no card needed, with up to 150 review requests. Choose a plan whenever you’re ready.
Can I hide bad reviews?
No. Reviews on Google are between your customer and Google. On your website widget you can hide a review only if it is abusive or shares private details, and you give a reason.
Do customers need an account?
