Refund policy
Payments for RaveRobin are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
1. Try it first
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial without a card, so you can see RaveRobin working before you pay.
2. First payment
If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full.
3. After that
You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
4. How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
