Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between your business and [RaveRobin legal entity] for the use of RaveRobin.
1. The service
RaveRobin sends review requests to your customers after their visits, provides a review page, a website widget, QR print kits and reports. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
You must be authorised to act for the business, keep your login secure, and give accurate business details, including a postal address shown in customer emails.
3. Your customers’ data
You confirm you have the right to send us your customers’ contact details and to contact them about their visit, under the laws that apply to you (including CAN-SPAM in the US and CASL in Canada). Our Data processing addendum forms part of these terms.
4. Review rules
- No incentives, discounts or rewards in exchange for reviews.
- No asking only happy customers (review gating), and no writing reviews for customers.
- You may hide a review from your widget only if it is abusive or shares private information.
- You must follow Google’s policies for reviews and the Google Maps Platform terms that apply to you.
5. Plans, trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a card. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, under Paddle’s buyer terms. Each plan includes a monthly number of review requests; requests over the limit are not sent. If a payment fails, sending stops 7 days later until it is resolved. See Refunds.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. You can export your data before you go.
7. Third-party services
RaveRobin uses Google Maps Platform. By using it you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Warranties and liability
[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnity, to be provided by counsel.] We do not promise any number of reviews; whether a customer posts a review is up to them.
9. Governing law
[Governing law and venue, to be provided by counsel.]
